Description

Class starts promptly with the Lead Instructor taking the entire group through the same workout. HOUSE RULE: All kickboxers must complete the full warmup at the start of class before starting bag rounds. To avoid disruptions to class, please arrive timely and prepare to begin class on time. Missing the warm-up at the start of class puts you at higher risk for injury and your safety is our top priority.
