Wanted One Carpenter & Two Handymen

One Carpenter to do several repair and miscellaneous small tasks. Two Handymen to do painting, landscaping and yard work; prefer someone who has experience with landscaping machinery to work with retaining walls and painting. Prefer someone who has a truck to ferry materials and rental tools over the several days it will take to complete the tasks. Please provide what you will charge per mile to ferry tools/materials from the store to job site in your truck. Please let me know your hourly rate and your skills/experience because there are several tasks to be accomplished and I am not interested to hire someone to work at a fixed cost. Please contact me only if you are an individual – will ignore you if you do not want to work on an hourly wage; or do not provide your preferred hourly rate or do not tell me about your skills or experience; so don't waste your or my time.
