And I also know how to make money from properties and maximize their potential as I have rented many properties and spaces in multiple ways - leasing, vacation rentals, locations for film and photoshoots, event spaces, co-working spaces, retreats, and more. With my years of experience doing this I have dreamt a vision of the ultimate place that would generate substantial profit and also serve as a newly created cultural landmark in the city. It will be a space that everyone wants to go, whether to stay or work or film or host/attend an event or retreat. It will be a versatile and fluid space that can have many different but cohesive functions, lending itself to the best living and working environment for maximum creativity and enjoyment. I know the best architect around that can get it done right and is incredibly innovative, and we have toured some amazing lots as potential locations. All we need is the capital from someone that believes in our vision as much as we do. We want to find the right people to work with on this.
