I have a flat concrete tile roof. There are 4 areas of leaks. I was previously a general contractor. I will provide all materials and supplies. I am trying to stay within a reasonable budget, so I am looking for an experienced roofer that is able to do a side gig and familiar with this type of repair. Days are flexible. I'd like to help/discuss with you as the repair is being made. Cash paid. These leaks have been fixed before, but they come back a few years later. The first task is to diagnose the problem and remove tiles. Depending on the repairs, there is a discussion on how much to repair within my budget. I would like to have a permanent fix. I think the job will take 1-2 days, but may take another day. Location is by Rocklin High School on Stanford Ranch Rd. Do not call if you are a handyman. I need an experienced roofer.
