Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 to 4:00 with overtime and on-call hours sometimes required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Mitigation – of water, fire, mold, smoke, biohazard • Demolition • Clean-up using specialized equipment knowledge to include but not limited to dehumidifiers, fans, air scrubbers, ozone machines • Completes required paperwork to comply with SLA’s, to include emergency mitigation specification sheets, daily project summaries, moisture tracking logs, diagrams. Proficient with MICA a plus. • Participates in on-call rotation for emergency services. Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, policy holders, and property managers. Qualifications: • Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and driver's license check. Must have a valid driver’s license and your own transportation to and from work • IICRC certification in Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold & Biohazard Remediation, preferred but not mandatory. • A minimum of 1 year experience working in the restoration mitigation or construction industry is preferred. • Ability to navigate through smartphone/tablet and use the software that is critical to our business • Strong customer service skills. Able to interact directly with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Great attitude and the ability to work individually as well as excel at teamwork. • Energetic, reliable, and positive team member who is willing to learn new skills and have a “can do” attitude along with adapting to a constantly changing environment. • Ability to work overtime in response to 24/7 emergency situations after normal business hours • Ability to perform labor intensive work. • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
