MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - Apartment Community We are looking for a Maintenance Technician. Maintenance Technician is required to maintain the property, perform service requests for current residents and return vacant apartments to ready to rent condition. Knowledge and experience included but not limited to: Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance repairs, Drywall, Carpentry, Painting, HVAC diagnosis. Requirements include: Apartment maintenance experience, Ability to fill a full time position, Must be available to work weekends and emergency on-call rotation, Must pass a background check, Valid driver's license, Reliable personal vehicle, Tools and equipment to preform job duties, Able to lift over 75 pounds.
