Experienced mechanic needed to install 8.1 gas engine in box truck

As pictured, I need a mechanic to *FINISH* the work that the previous TWO mobile mechanics did not. The first deadbeat mechanic was a drug addict who stole my tools, and then my money, and then skipped town (he's getting sued as we speak). The second one was a 22 year old irresponsible and unprofessional kid, who left me dead in the water by completing only half of the job. This total dereliction of responsibility has already caused my business to suffer, as I have since been forced to rent trucks at times, instead of using the one he promised to complete. The old motor is already out. I need someone to only INSTALL the pictured engine into the pictured truck. as you can see, engine hoist is provided. So it's essentially half of a motor swap, not the entire swap. Here are the parameters: #1: PAYMENT UPON COMPLETION OF THE JOB. No partial payments, no prepayments, no sob stories about how you need money for your dog's surgery or rent. That's a "you" problem. This is a proposal for a business transaction, not a charity event. [I know I sound like a huge a**hole, but given what happened with the last two guys, I feel the need to make this very, very clear to all who read this] #2: You will be expected to complete the job in two days (exception for rainy days), on site, in Manchester. I'm not paying a thousand bucks to have a 12,000 lb commercial vehicle towed to you. #3: I will support you. If you need parts, fluids, etc, I will go buy them for you. I'll even get you lunch. Whatever you need to ensure that this truck is up and running in a timely fashion. Please don't be the third mechanic to screw me over. I'm a decent person, I don't mess around with money, I pay people in cash, and do so immediately when the job is done.
