Crown Field Services is seeking an experienced and qualified field tech to perform maintenance & preservation jobs on our residential homes. We are currently looking to expand our growing network and coverage for our clients. We are looking for someone experienced and knowledgeable in home improvement and maintenance. Past experience in the preservation or REO world is a plus. This is a 100% remote and on the road job, with a primary focus on Worcester County but must be willing to travel state wide (travel time is compensated). JOB REQUIREMENTS: Landscape and grass cuts Handyman work Applicant REQUIREMENTS: -Reliable and trustworthy -Able to travel up to 2 hours from home location -Has own work truck to travel to job sites(travel is covered by the company) -Be proficient in using a smartphone, camera, and computer with internet -Owns all necessary tools and equipment to complete above listed jobs -Able to pass a background check -Commitment to quick turn around with quality work -Excellent communication via phone and email
