Rehoming Dutch Shepherd

I have to rehome my 5yr old Dutch shepherd. He's a good dog and he knows basic commands. He needs a yard to run around, so please don't respond, if you have no yard. I'm posting a rehoming fee of $100, because I guess that's how it's done. I'm upset about having to rehome him, and I want him to be happy and loved. We're located in Lakewood, WA.
