Seeking a dependable and trustworthy part-time-flexible custodian to help maintain a clean and appealing apartment community. Need basic cleaning skills, but will train the right candidate. 20-35 hours a week. Competitive wages depending on qualifications. Background check required. Fair Oaks is a large apartment complex with a small on-site maintenance staff. Our customers value the prompt and courteous service we provide to them. You will work closely with other employees to meet the objectives and deadlines of the business. Duties include cleaning laundry rooms, fitness room, hallways, basements and apartments, general upkeep of grounds and common spaces, and other tasks as necessary. There is opportunity to assist with projects outside of that scope and to learn additional skills. Applicants must be honest, reliable and have a strong work ethic.
