Full time maintenance position available for a dependable and trustworthy individual. Historic, reputable apartment buildings located 10 blocks south of downtown. Need basic mechanical skills; electrical, plumbing and boiler experience desired, but will train the right candidate. Competitive wages depending on qualifications. Health and dental insurance provided. Rent credit available if prefer to live on site. Some on-call time is required. Background check required.
