Feeding Horses AM and PM, plus chickens

Looking for responsible person, hard working, and has experience around horses/farm critters, to feed 4-5 horses in AM and PM, Monday -Friday. We are flexible on feeding times as long as generally consistent with AM and PM times. Feeding includes both grain, supplements and putting out hay. Also need to put out feed for chickens and check on water each AM. At times person will move horses from front to back pastures and in and out of paddocks. 3 of 4 horses graze in the pasture in summer and in the winter this person puts out 2 bales in AM and PM to central feeder in pasture (farm's gator is available to haul hay) Must be highly reliable, good communicator, be there daily, and take ownership for horses proper care. At times we may need work on weekends. Also includes putting out chix feed and water in AM as well as feeding barn cats as needed. This is a family farm, not a commercial barn. Individuals must "fit" with chemistry of the family. We are fun and it's a great "side gig" for someone who loves horses. Currently this takes :30 min in AM and :15 min at night. Must have own car/transportation.
