Looking for a local HONEST and DEPENDABLE Handyman! There's immediate work to be completed. We want to be able contact this person any time to help with various projects in multiple rental properties. The properties are mainly located in Royersford, PA so someone local and familiar with the area is preferred. We require the Handyman to know the trades involved in bathroom and kitchen remodeling. (Ex. Minor electric, minor plumbing, drywall, tile, trim, etc). We prefer the Handyman to have some experience with appliances (washers/dryers/stoves) as this is will be very beneficial. We prefer a Handyman who has a licensed business with insurance as well. Serious people only, everyone else please don't call or text.
