Position: Above Ground Pool Installer About Us: Blue World Pools, Inc. / Global Sun Pools, Inc. is one of the largest above ground pool retailers in the country. We've successfully been in business nationwide since 1982. Requirements and Expectations: • Average 20-30 installs per month • Average one install per day (average 6-8 hour install time based on a 24' round) • Average $1,400-$1,600 Per Install • AVERAGE $20,000-$30,000 PER MONTH! • Must have either above ground pool installation experience, heavy equipment operators experience, or significant dirt work and grading experience • Must have access to a full-size truck • Must have access to a trailer • Must have access to a bobcat or front loader • Must have access to a transit or laser level • Must have access to a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (we can help you with this) • Must have at least one helper • Must be available to work full-time • Must be able to start immediately • $500 signing bonus paid on first check • $2,500 quick start bonus paid in 5 payments of $500 • $1,000 weekly bonus paid weekly • Paid daily after every install • Apply online at: How To Get Started: Unfortunately, we are not hiring day laborers with no experience.
