$40 to dig a 3' x 2' x 2' deep hole in the ground

Need someone to did a hole for a new fence-post. The hole needs to be 3' x 2' x 2' deep. Hole will be underneath the existing chain-link fence. The soil is Caliche and digging in it is not easy. This is a flat amount to complete the hole. Paid only on completion of the job, not if you quit before the task is complete. I have a shovel and a pick-axe available. You are welcome to bring your own tools; gloves are highly recommended. This can be one person or more job, the job pays the same amount for completion.
