R.D Engineering and Construction is now seeking full time employment for people wanting to learn the telecommunications industry. The specific project is AT&T LTE. Primary Responsibilities of job: • Installation of RF components, willing to learn and take direction (COAX, connectors, grounding, supports, weatherproofing, RRU's, fiber, antennas, TMA's, diplexers, etc.) • Requirements ***Must live in the San Luis Obispo area or close by. • Must be able to pass a drug screening. • Must have a valid driver's license. With a clean record. • Must be able to work at various heights and willing to climb (certification a plus) • Must be able to follow OSHA safety plans and procedures (OSHA 10 REQUIRED BEFORE START ) • Must have basic tool knowledge. • CPR/First Aid (certification required before employment) • RF awareness (certification a plus) • Must be willing to work overtime, including evening hours if asked. • *****Must be willing to travel during the work week.**** (Monday thru Friday) Company pays for lodging and per diem.
