Pink Truck Landscaping is looking for a Landscape laborer and/or crew leader. Must be able to do physically demanding work, communicate effectively, and have a strong work ethic. Experience in landscaping is preferred but not required. We are looking for a great fit for the company and someone we can invest time, energy, and training into (if needed). This position is/includes: general landscaping (edging, mulching, spreading rock, laying sod, etc) planting trees, perennials, and shrubs. irrigation installations. installing hardscapes, patio, decorative boulders, etc. navigating our online customer database software. being an excellent communicator. being open to asking questions and problem-solving when/if mechanical issues arise in the field. showing initiative to finish the job on time, with high professionalism. Day-to-day expectations 7 am-4 pm with some variation Monday-Friday with weekends optional The first Friday of every month will include one paid day off and include a team-building activity, activities such as Top Golf, Rock Climbing, Fly Fishing, etc. The opportunity to be promoted within the company is also available!
