What's in it for you? $16.48 per hour (part-time) PTO, Referral program 10:00am – 4:00pm; Monday - Friday Awesome Company Culture Requirements: As our chosen Groundskeeper, everyday you will be responsible for maintenance/cleaning common areas, including landscaping. Walk the property several times a day and eliminate trash/debris. Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, weed-eating, removal of all green waste debris. Empty trash, dusting and general cleaning. Identify or troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, irrigation repair issues. Remington Arms is a beautiful manufactured home community in Redmond, OR and we want YOU to be our Groundskeeper! To thrive in this role: Prior experience performing light maintenance duties, carpentry, electrical and meter reads Knowledge of proper use of janitorial/landscaping tools and equipment, manual, electric and gas powered Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers and vendors Excellent time management skills Bonus Skills Bilingual Manufactured Housing Experience Manage America Check out our Company and Community reviews!
