Ncite Partners is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing company seeking Maintenance Techs to join their team near Nazareth, PA. This company is stable, has a strong community reputation, and offers room for growth. This individual will work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and will be eligible for overtime as required. The primary responsibilities of this role include: Responsibilities: • Manage the maintenance and repair of the equipment and machinery throughout the plant with a heavy focus on electrical and PLC maintenance. • Partner with the management team to prioritize maintenance projects. • Partner with management to limit downtime and improve overall processes. • Keeping in compliance with and abreast of all OSHA regulations. Qualifications: • 5+ years of maintenance experience with a heavy emphasis in electrical and PLC • Strong experience with electrical and PLC is highly preferred
