In need of a contractor/carpenter to rehab a 800 sqft home in Dover, NH. Areas that need work are listed below:
- Reinstall and repair kitchen cabinets
- Install tile floor in bathroom and kitchen
- Repair holes and damage in drywall
- Repair a few broken pieces of siding
- Install new frame and slab for front door, side door, and garage door
- Install bathroom drywall, cement board, vanity, bathtub, and tile on shower wall
- Repair shed doors
- Frame, drywall, and insulate the walkup attic into 2 separate bedrooms
- Window trim and baseboard install
