My office building has a crack 23 up feet from the sidewalk. I don't want to put "my guy" up on a ladder. The repair will probably take 1/2 hour; guaranteed no more than one hour.
I will pay $200 cash for (probably be) 1/2 hour. Just raise the bucket so my guy can fix it. The best time would be 6:30 most weekday evenings or, for sure, most Fridays AT 6:30.
If you are close to Glendale/ Montrose/ La Crescenta/ Tujunga it should be an easy $200
