Our property maintenance man is retiring, and we are looking to move a qualified individual into his position! This is a HANDS ON MAINTENACE POSITION!!! The person we are looking for needs to have knowledge in all aspects of property maintenance for several dozen rental properties that we own throughout Macomb County. Our current Manager handles all service-related calls when our tenants call. You will be responsible for handling our properties once a tenant moves out and you will be responsible for coordinating with some trades to accomplish turning the properties back to MOVE IN CONDITION! We are looking TO FILL THIS POSITION IMMMEDIATELY and will first be setting up phone appointments with those who respond to discuss what all is expected of you! We will then set up a formal introduction and meet face to face and hopefully hire you for the job. This is NOT FULL TIME!! Sometimes we go for weeks with no calls or any work needing to be done, and on the other hand we also get slammed with repairs and vacancies all at one time. We are looking for PERSONS OF ALL TRADES AS WELL, so please respond if you are only interested in providing service to our properties as we can use you as well. We are currently in need of House Cleaners in between tenants as well as outside yard maintenance due to how quickly everything is growing, some of our properties need to have time put into the outside maintenance.
