Local Property Management company looking for unskilled and skilled workers pay is dependent on the ability of the individual and ranges from 15-25 per hour for unskilled labor (painters, landscapers, drywallers, ) and 25 and up for skilled labor (i.e Electrical, HVAC, carpentry, roofing). Ideal candidates will have their own transportation valid drivers license and be able to rent equipment and U-Haul in their own names we will pay for the upfront cost but require the equipment or vehicles to be rented in your own name for liability purposes (this required vaild drivers license and bank debit card no pre paid cards can be used ). Payment can be made via direct deposit to a bank account or cash app on a weekly basis with the first payment being made within 14 days of first job completion. Advances can be made on a case by case basis but understand we are not a temp staffing service that pays daily.
