We are looking for both a lead to manage crews and entry level members willing to learn! Lead needs to be an energetic person that can help develop other team members in the art of fencing and landscaping. Must have knowledge of how to construct/build fence and decks and install landscaping. Also must work well with others and manage a team to be productive and efficient while staying safe and keep a professional appearance and good customer service! Crew members need to be willing to learn and maintain a professional look and be a team player! MUST have a valid driver's license and a way to get to work on time. Hours are M-F day shift with some overtime required. Must know how to read a tape measure and use general power tools safely. Lift up to 75 lbs. Experience in the industry a plus. All Canidates MUST have a valid Oregon driver's license. Must be able to take direction in English both written and verbally. Experience on equipment a plus. Must have reliable transportation.
