Looking for general laborers for rental housing cleanout and make ready. Duties include but not limited to removal of debris interior and exterior, removal of brush and trees if requested, lawncare, general repair of houses, vacuuming and carpet removal. Looking for an experience general property maintenance and carpentry person for more technical applications. Looking for experienced cleaning persons for cleanup of houses before move in and after maintenance crew work. Will be putting the final touch on houses before move in. Will be operating company vehicles and dump trailers so experience is preferred as well as a decent driving and criminal record.
