Janitor/Maintenance man needed for Apartments

19 apartments at 3 properties in Huntington Beach. You must have a working cell phone and a car to pick up supplies. 10-15 hours a week, $25 per hour. I will pay you by Zelle and all supplies paid at Home Depot Pro counter Pick up trash, pull out dumpsters and clean behind them, cut back bushes as needed, do small repairs for the apartments, junk removal, clean ups, painting. Must be able to find and supervise day workers, contractors etc. for jobs you can't do. Keep track of your hours and text or email me pictures of your work. Must be patient to talk to tenants.
