First Court is looking for 24 enthusiastic, talkative, descriptive and opinionated yet fair-minded people who live in Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, Warren, Adams, Brown, Clinton, Highland, Lawrence and Scioto Counties in Ohio, for a Legal Focus Group, taking place online via Zoom. This trial will be held in two sessions on Monday, July 25th. We can only hire each person for one session, not both. They are as follows: 7:30am - 1pm Eastern and 1:30pm - 7pm Eastern. We are paying $175 for participation. If you are hired, you will be required to attend a training session and sign an electronic NDA a day or two before the event. We will pay you an extra $25 for completing these two tasks for a total of $200. Participants MUST have a computer / laptop with a webcam and high speed internet. Sorry, but Smartphones and IPads do NOT WORK FOR THIS PROJECT. Candidates who are fairly tech savvy are preferred. We need people who can listen to lawyers' arguments and witnesses and then tell us what they think. The objective of the project is to get honest feedback on the facts of a real lawsuit case by individuals in the area where the case originated. Please remember, we can only select individuals who live in: Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, Warren, Adams, Brown, Clinton, Highland, Lawrence and Scioto Counties in Ohio.
