Kevin Masters Arborist Services is hiring arborist trainees and trained arborists. We are a 15 year company that is growing and needs talented and dedicated individuals to come with us. We are located in the northeast Worthington area near 23 and 270. We work Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. until end of work day, year round. We are a small company with under 10 employees currently. This means that motivated individuals can advance beyond a trainee position into a satisfying career with satisfying rewards quickly. If you are already an experienced arborist, don't hesitate to contact us. Let's talk about what we can do for each other. The trainee position will start as a ground operations personnel. General duties will include driving company vehicles, assisting aerial technicians, cleaning up job sites, and training to become an arborist who can prune and remove trees. Compensation for this position begins at $18.00 per hour. Eligible candidates should: Be ready to work outside year round. Be prepared to learn about trees and their care. Be on time to work, well rested and prepared for the day. Have a valid driver's license and be eligible to be on our insurance policy. Be able to lift 50 lbs throughout the day. Be a team player and problem solver. Be passionate about performing work safely and to a high standard. Have a strong work ethic, taking pride in your work. Be interested in a long lasting and progressive career in arboriculture. Be available to work full time.
