Building Maintenance Contractor We have work 365 days a year. 20 year old business. In this position you would be responsible for maintaining our apartment homes, common areas and grounds with attention to efficiency, safety, and asset preservation. If you are reliable, organized, and professional with strong technical skills and attention to details, this may be the opportunity for you. Essential Functions: • Responds to and completes resident work orders, insuring quality of service to maximum resident satisfaction. • Performs work needed to ready apartments for move-in as assigned. • Performs general maintenance projects as assigned, including installations and repairs involving plumbing and electrical equipment, carpentry work, painting, equipment repair, snow removal and outside landscaping maintenance. • Knowledgeable of all property emergency, safety/disaster plans and procedures. • Responds promptly to emergencies. • Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers. • Performs other duties as assigned. text preferred after resume and work history summary **** Most all work is 15 miles or closer, to 60164
