Hi. I am looking to hire a full-time Handyman to do general maintenance repair in my short-term rental property management company. The common skills that I am looking for: 1. Plumbing: leak, clog, etc. 2. Electrical: replace the breaker, repair outlet, etc. 3. Drywall: patch wall, paint, mount tv, etc. 4. Flooring 4. General cleaning and maintenance It is a plus if you have your own tools and truck. Salary is negotiable and based on experience. I can also provide living accommodation.
