Responsibilities • Tools to have on hand: common power tools and hand tools, including hammers, drills, wrenches, saws and pliers • Basic skills needed: electrician, carpenter, plumber, mechanic, painter, HVAC technician and roofer • Repairing pneumatic systems • Routinely conduct inspections. – light bulbs, door hinges, fire extinguisher inspections, boiler inspections, building alarm inspections • Preventative maintenance such as monthly filter change outs, ventilation and air conditioning systems or replacing seals in plumbing systems. • Maintaining boilers and change out filters regularly • Checking and responding to security and safety issues • Inspecting restrooms, basement, conference rooms, vacant spaces, parking garage • Should have customer service and practical skills that keep things working properly • Keep logs of repairs, inspections, warranty information • Having properties free of debris, picking up tree debris, emptying trash cans outside, checking for any trash around buildings • Keeping documents of inspections • Keeping inventory of cleaning and repair supplies • Traveling within OKC Metro area for other commercial properties - you will be paid for mileage Must have 2-5 years’ experience in HVAC (must know chiller system and operations), plumbing, electrical, carpenter, and masonry.
