Found dog near Miracle Mile. Clearly belongs to someone b/c of collar and appears well groomed and taken care of. Can’t feel a microchip. If not claimed in 1 hour, will take to the Stockton shelter. If this sweet dog simply had an ID tag, which is less than $10 at any pet store, they would already be home.
