Handyman with Electrical Knowledge

Looking for a handyman with electrical knowledge to take a look at a mobile grooming van with a potential issue. Located in Duluth GA (We are the builder and located in Dallas TX) our customer has experienced some odd issue but doesn't have the ability to even diagnose the issue. There may be nothing wrong but we need someone with some experience to take a look and we can see what it going on. Timing is flexible. This should take no more than 2-3 hours. Everything in the conversion is 110 volt house power. They use a land line or a generator to power things You are not looking at their generator, just our electrical set up.
