Loose dog spotted @ Riverside Dr. and E. Knapp

Description

Found a dog without it's human this evening. It was a small dog, it appeared to be a Jack Russell or maybe Chihuahua. It was mostly white with light brown/tan spots. It did have a collar with a tag, we could hear it jingling as the dog ran off. We just couldn't get close enough to put a leash on it. It was last seen at the corner of East Knapp Ave. and Riverside Dr. and was headed south on Riverside Dr. toward Yelka. Hopefully the little guy finds his way home safely.
