Effectively handle all resident service requests, make ready status, etc. Possess good communication skills. Able to perform minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, steam & hot water heating systems. Handle on-site leasing process. Ensure that all make ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. Serve as liaison between residents, office staff, property manager and vendors.
