Roofer/Service & Repair Position Purpose & Objectives: An experienced roofer is able to work independently, responsibly, with minimal supervision, and the quality of work meets or exceeds expectations. An Experienced Roofer is an at-will employee responsible for working as part of a team to complete roofing work. Specific Duties, Functions and Responsibilities of the Job: • Work with crew to complete all aspects of jobs assigned by the company, including tear-off, repairs, installation and other jobs as assigned. • Be on time for shift and/or if riding with crew: ready to go at the assigned time and present at assigned location. • Ability to travel for a job, when applicable, is required. • Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection and others. • Deliver excellent quality and customer satisfaction. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Work Skills: • Licensed, experienced roofers must be able to work safely, efficiently, and independently. • The ability to use the necessary skills and execute them correctly, including: • Knowledge of manufacturer approved details • Experience welding TPO and PVC • Experience working with EPDM, Metal, etc • Competent in penetration flashing and detail welding • Attention to detail • Demonstrate a willingness and ability to pay attention to the quality of work performed. Pay based on experience. Job Type: Contract
