Small, local property management group hiring a general laborer. Experience is not necessary, but a willingness to learn home renovation tasks is a must! Driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are also a must. Having your own tools is helpful but not necessary. We have several ongoing renovation projects- tasks would typically include demo/trash removal/painting/etc. You will be working with a small crew on these projects, with plenty of opportunity to gain further skills.
