We're looking for a full time Apartment Maintenance Technician for 106 unit senior apartment building. - Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting - Completing service requests - Refurbishing vacancies - Grounds maintenance - Emergency on-call rotation and snow removal required - we pay mileage! - Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend climb and reach - Valid State Driver’s License and access to a vehicle $16-$20/hour + Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, 401(k) & Matching, and Complimentary 25,000 Term Life Insurance, Mileage Reimbursement Our website: www.cmshousing.com
