Beautiful parakeet found

We found a beautiful and very sweet small yellow/green bird that we are assuming is a parakeet. S/he has a leg band but no microchip so the vet wasn’t able to give us any information about its owners. If you lost your parakeet or are interested in adopting or fostering, please reach out. We bought a small cage and some food for it. We have cats so we can’t keep it long-term but didn’t want to release it as it’s unlikely to survive on its own.
