Lonely yellow parakeet needs home

I am down to 1 parakeet and really do not want to get it a friend and continue having parakeets. We have cats now so they can't get out of their cage anymore anyways. Please give this guy a home. Can't remember which is which but he/she has the big brown cern so whatever sex that is.
