Looking for an experienced maintenance man to schedule and take care of work orders on occupied homes.
You must have own/reliable transportation for work as you will be going to multiple jobs throughout the day.
You must know how to repair/replace the following items listed and more.
Replace toilet guts.
Resetting or replacing toilets.
Replace faucets.
Replace dishwashers.
Replace sinks.
Replacing sink stoppers.
Replacing tub drains.
Replacing shut off valves.
Replacing shower valves.
Replace full shower valve assembly.
scraping and caulking in kitchen/bathrooms.
Replace bathroom Exhaust fans.
Replacing door hardware, handles, hinges, stopper.
Replacing electrical outlet/switches.
Replacing ceiling fans/light fixtures.
Repairing/replacing sliding glass door hardware, handles, locks, wheels and screens.
Repair fencing/gates.
Remove/install blinds.
Remove and reinstall closet shelving.
Re-screen windows.
Replacing garage door opener.
Replace different types of siding.
Install doors and framing.
Repairing doors.
ETC...
Pay is $23. An hour.
