We need a full time maintenance man to join our team. We are looking for someone with experience in property maintenance. Must be skilled in: basic plumbing (replacing toilets, shower valves, snaking out lines, ect) basic electrical (replacing light fixtures and outlets) repairing drywall and painting, and maintaining p-tech ac units. Must have your own tools.
