ISO of a new, regular, reliable, House Cleaning Lady for a 2 BR Duplex in Kensington. Must meet following criteria without exception!: 1. Must live in or around or within the vicinity of the area. (if you do not live in Brooklyn within a 15 minute drive or a 30 minute commute to the intersection shown below, PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS AD!) 2. Must already have cleaning clients and be looking to fill-in/supplement hours between your other clients. 3. Must be an individual, not a company, service, partnership or group. 4. Pay rate is $13-$15 per hour, the number of work hours is negotiable, but the rate is not. 5. Must have availability 1-2 times per week, including (some) weekends. 6. Must be willing to housekeep (laundry/organizing ect.), not just to clean, and also to take and to retain specific instructions/directions on certain parts of the house. 7. Must have a helpful attitude; suggest products and items to make the house cleaner/better/nicer/prettier. 8. Must not be allergic to cats. 9. Must be able/willing to accept Zelle/QuickPay/Venmo/CashApp/Google/Apple Pay, (any form of digital payment; I do not keep cash in the home). 10. Interested in establishing a long-term working relationship only; one-offs need not apply. 11. Be willing to show photo ID (Domestic or Foreign but IDNYC preferred). All cleaning supplies (of your preference) provided. Prefer natural/organic products but willing to provide whatever products/tools/accessories you prefer. Please, if you do not meet the above, do not contact me. I will not work with services nor with people that live farther than a 30 minute commute away. This is a neat, well kept, generally-clean space, that essentially needs to be cleaned 1-2 times per week of pet dander and cooking grease.
