Drummer and percussionist seeking musicians

Drummer and percussionist of 30+ years, new to Denver, seeking musicians interested in jamming and/or crafting original music. Generally not interested in playing covers - I have way too many original thoughts! I've got a wide range of musical tastes, but I struggle to play super fast/technical jazz or metal ("You know that you're over the hill, when your mind makes a promise that your body can't fill" - haha). I don't have any extensive recordings of myself playing percussion in a band, but I play congas, djembe, doumbek, etc., plus I have a Roland Handsonic HPD-20, which is absolutely awesome.
