was on starr st towards P and J and someone found my sweatshirt and dropped off to me stuck on my mobility scooter teusday night and this slivery blue cloth had my dress and the scharger and of course my large bottle of vodka missing did not drink all of it I did walk up that hill towards a side street and nice guy on tractor wld have seen if around there I need to get a charger or even if I cld borrow a charger to get scooter bacl to simmons village any help appreciate if you have that 24 v 2 amp charger
