Description
MISSING: 2012 green Kia Soul missing somewhere between Rittenhouse, Center City, and Chinatown. May or may not be in a covered parking garage. A family emergency occurred and driver lost car. Car has Ohio plates and three stickers on bumper (two on back windshield corners). Please respond with license plate number/other identifying features for confirmation if you have found it. Car has been reported missing and PPA has confirmed that it has not been towed. I am desperate to have it back.
