Lost Black Cat

ISO missing cat. Joe looks to be a black cat. Topcoat is black, under coat is white with black spots. He snuck out of the house about 9:15 pm on Tuesday July 5th on Alamance St in Gibsonville. Joe is 16 years, he has cataracts in both eyes - which limits his eye sight. He also has arthritis and has lost a lot of his jumping abilities. At times he will chew the end of his tail. He has a long tooth in the front of his mouth that looks like a fang. He is an indoor cat 99% of the time - when he has been out before, he stayed on the patio. My concern is - with the storms Tuesday night, he ran and is disoriented and has lost his way home.
