Painter needed it/ to start ASAP Miami area Full Job Description Our company is seeking to hire a full time skilled Painter immediately for long term employment opportunity. We do residential and commercial construction. Painter’s need at least 3 years of experience painting. Must have a functional vehicle Job Type Full-time Schedule: Monday through Saturday (7:00 am-5:30pm) Responsibilities: • Paint all common areas and touch up as required; inspect areas that may need paint and advise manager. • Complete daily work orders as scheduled. • Properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to use. • Prepare various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding. • Repair surfaces to be painted including plastering and sheetrock finishing • Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains and special protective coatings to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying properties • Maintain proper inventory of paint products and keeps items orderly on paint cart. Clean and store tools and equipment • Mixes and prepares pre-mixed paints and ingredients to blend, match, harmonize and/or contrast in specified colors and consistencies .
