Survey is looking for Inventory Merchandisers Team Leaders to complete multiple inventory projects in the Springfield, VA area. 1 year of inventory merchandiser experience is a must. You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to drive from store to store. Survey reimburses you for your mileage, driving time for the days that you are scheduled to work. What You'll Do: As an Inventory Merchandiser Team Leader, you'll be part of a hard-working team that is helping take inventory in stores within a territory. You'll be on your feet throughout your shift and will count and enter inventory of specific items. You'll make sure the products are organized and will report discrepancies to your team leader. - You'll be in charge of a hard-working team that conducts inventory of all the products in the stores. - You'll ensure Merchandisers follows directions. - We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of Inventory Merchandiser. - Team Leader experience is required. - Lead a Team of 1 to 4 Merchandisers on the project. - Ensure proper execution of directions. - The ideal candidate likes to work hard, is reliable, and takes his or her work seriously. While you are working with other merchandisers, you will have to work independently. We prefer people with inventory experience but can be flexible if you're the right person. After the project ends, you will have plenty of other opportunities through our app, both with inventory and with other retail services work. About the Work: - Shift hours based on the store requirements. - Pay is $20/hour, paid by Openforce via the Survey Merchandiser App. - Inventory experience is a required. - Stores location will be executed between July 11th and will continue until July 29th. - Open availability is required, work hours depend on client’s requirements. - You will be traveling on average 15 miles but depending on your location the miles traveled could be more, and might vary. - After this project is completed, you will be able to work more merchandising jobs in your area through our merchandising app. Your Responsibilities: - Conducting an inventory - Keeping track of all products and supplies - Ensuring that stock is organized - Reports any discrepancies in inventory records to store manager Qualifications: - Positive attitude and strong work ethic. - You’re reliable, excellent at following detailed directions and can LEAD a team EFFECTIVELY. - Must be able to work on your feet (standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods of time. - Ability to climb ladders to reach merchandise. - Must have reliable transportation and a current, valid driver's license. - Must have an Android or iOS device capable of running the Survey Merchandiser app. - Previous retail merchandising experience preferred. - Must be 18 years old or older.
