Intro to Yoga is a beginner-friendly class that breaks down the fundamentals of yoga poses, breath and mindfulness. This class is FREE to anyone in the community who wishes to explore a yoga in a comfortable, welcoming and judgment free environment! We like to think of it as the beginning of a safe and fulfilling journey of health and wellness. Pre-registration is required to ensure your spot.
